Texas Beef is an integrated ranching, farming and cattle feeding business with headquarters located in Amarillo, Texas primarily owned by the W. H. O'Brien family. The family has been producing beef for over 100 years, spanning four generations, in the Texas Panhandle. We produce over 200,000 cattle a year and hope you can participate in the process as a customer, supplier or consumer.

The link between visual observations of cattle and the data supporting the many choices facing a beef producer is paramount in best management practices. Texas Beef is unique among the feeding companies in controlling the critical production data through the beef pipeline. Each animal receives a unique RFID tag allowing the information on that animal to be tracked from the grazing location to the feedyard to the beef plant.
